Fuzzy Logic Rice Cooker

My only real complaint is that no user's manual was included with it. I nearly returned it after one attempt to use it, because I thought it wasn't working correctly. I used the water to rice ratio on the rice package, and expected to find finished rice in the half hour that the package said it would take to cook. At half an hour, I still had crunchy rice and just barely hot water.
